I have had the misfortune of working with IT Resource for the past year. I could not believe how incompetent and unprofessional their employees were. From the beginning they were very difficult to work with and paid little attention to my needs. They would constantly change their mind about what services they wanted me to provide which caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. In addition their prices were incredibly expensive compared to other providers. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not seem to be very legit and they do not have any of the information that they say they do. I also did not receive my order in a timely manner so I was very disappointed with that too.

Ive used this company twice now and have had a terrible experience both times. First they were extremely slow in getting my IT needs done and then when they did finally get it done the quality of the work was very poor. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have had a bad experience with this company itrw.net. The IT resource in my local town is very inadequate and has been using this company to try to figure out how to get around regulations that policyholders are based on. He or she is also known for making other peoples life difficult by creating different VietAMES filters from what is seen as external data e.g. social media posts into their system which then separates the relevant data elements so that it can be used in another studyquizimpression on K-12 students Garbage Ingarbage Out - thats what I call service

I am very disappointed with the service I received from company itrw.net. The representative was very slow in providing a response and then when she did she didnt understand what I wanted to discuss. I had to ask multiple times until she finally got out of her chair and answered my question. Then she told me that they dont offer IT services but offered to sell me a program that would allow me to forward all of my emails through their site without ever having to type them myself. Overall this was an unpleasant experience and I would not recommend them to others.
