Itsahdq.com is terrible Theyre in the business of ITSA LLC and their service is terrible. I got a job offer from them because they were very helpful to me when I was looking for a new job but after working with them for a month or so I realize that their service is terrible. Their websites not very user-friendly either. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The company is terrible. The MD dc and VA are not qualified to do their job because they dont even have a college degree. They keep trying to tell me that I need a higher level of education but I dont even know what an online degree is. They also didnt seem to be very knowledgeable about anything when it came to ITSA LLC which made the experience very frustrating.

I have never had such terrible customer service from a company in my life. I called to ask about something I did not even know was an issue and the person on the other end of the phone told me that if I wanted to speak with someone about it they would be happy to do so. Then they said that because I am a veteran they were forced to give me a phone number for them. What This is not good customer service at all

I was this peoples customer for a while now and I have to say itsahdq.com has made a lot of my problems disappear. The service is always great and the prices are spot on. I dont know how they do it but they get the job done.I had an issue with my laptop a couple of times and it was really taking up valuable real estate on my desktop. Itsahdq.com came through and got me back on track in both instances. Thank you itshq com

I recently worked with itsahdq.com and was service manager for a company. I was amazing I had full control over the entire site from created profiles to Emmanuel Christenson the CEO of this company. However within 2 weeks of being here we experienced some issues. One time there was a power outage that affected our website for an hour. I 7 day contract and had full control over the site. But within 5 days of being there we experienced another issue. Our website showed no signal on our laptop in my office. I called it off work and brought my laptop in to have someone come back tomorrow bring it back to me so I could keep it because they said itshq gave me the right to keep it if I wanted it. Itshq never contacted me again until after the power outage.Im not sure what your problem is but its something I couldnt improve your career by telling you about. Try reasonably priced online services
