I was very disappointed with company itsmacademy.com. The first thing that I noticed was the extremely low quality of the materials used in their education program. Second the instructors delivery style was poor and they did not seem to have a lot of experience teaching this type of course. Finally the curriculum itself was very dry and difficult to follow. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not bother with this company. Ive had terrible experiences with them before and will continue to do so. The biggest issue is that they dont seem to have any recognized qualifications in the IT field but instead offer certification courses which barely teach anything about IT services management. Their website also seems very dodgy with a lot of errors and glitches. Overall avoid this company if you can.
