is a complete messI would not recommend IT Source to anyone. The company is in the business of providing technology managed services and yet their service is completely incompetent. I have had to call them multiple times for things that should have been taken care of by my provider and they are always either too busy or unavailable. In addition to their incompetence the customer service is also incredibly unprofessional. They often treat customers like idiots when they ask questions about their service and there is never any urgency when it comes to resolving problems. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone - especially if you need help with your computer or internet needs

I have never had such terrible service from any company in my life. IT Source is the worst. I called them to set up a new computer and they said it would cost 2000 and it would be done by the end of the month. Its been over two months now and they still havent done anything Theyre just trying to scam me out of my money.
