This is the worst company I have ever used. I tried to invoice my business and it says there is no username or password so I cant even start billing Also the site says its in the business of invoicing but it doesnt seem to be doing anything. Do not use this company if you want your money back.

I just opened this account and added my business. I had no idea how to add my business or even how to invite guests. I cant get it to invite guests even with a invitation under the name and everything is supposed to be taken care of when you start your account. But apparently not enough people took care of what was supposed to be done in the beginning. The site is constantly crashing and Im not the only one that has noticed. Other users have told me that theyve been having trouble too. Im just felt like things could use some improvement there.I guess itspayds promise of perfecting their system by giving more helpful information when starting their account was not up front here. They make you input all your important information including your first name last name email address and password but then they dont tell you how to add your business or even how toinvite guests. All you know is that its supposed to be happening
