Im a customer of itssonline.com and I can say without a doubt that their software solutions are the best on the market. However I have had several negative experiences with them in the past. First their customer service is terrible. They never seem to be able to get through to anyone and theyre always willing to charge you more for their products than necessary. Second their prices are often way too high for what they offer. Third their delivery times are often very slow. Finally they sometimes dont seem to be up-to-date on the latest trends in IT software solutions and end up prescribing old or unenlightening technology thats not suitable for your business needs. Overall I would avoid this company if possible and instead look elsewhere for an effective IT solution.

It was turkey on my e-mail account for days now and the only thing Ive been able to do is message the customer service using email and get a ticket sent off to customer service. But nothings working. Im going to stop sending emails now and see what can be done.This company is an abomination Their IT services are not good enough - theyre always trying to push their own productsservices which often leads to confusion and problems. Go else where
