Im not sure what the problem is but I wouldnt recommend working for this company. Their work ethic is unfortunately a little more challenging than necessary. They are more interested in making things than doing them. The customer service is good if you need help with an issue but its mostly about giving you the same response when asking for assistance in other areas.

Ive used this company for a little over a year now and not been happy with the service Ive received. The staff is friendly but the service is slow. I have to wait forever for my service to restart or Ill get an email telling me that my account has been changed. Overall its not worth my time or money.
