"I Am So Disappointed With This Company I Have Had"

I am so disappointed with this company I have had two different IT Services companies quote me the same price for services and then when I got done looking at their websites they all had different logos and colors. The website of itsynergy.com is just ugly and unprofessional. They told me that if I wanted a logo made that it would cost 500 and it would take three to four months to get it done. When I called them they said they didnt have any time for that because they were already full up with other clients. Save your money and go somewhere else

I have never had such terrible service from a company. I called to book an appointment for my IT services and the customer service agent told me that they were out of hours and couldnt do anything for me. She then said that I needed to come in person because the office was closed until 5pm. I showed up at 4pm and the agent already told me that she could not help me because she was out of hours. Then she said that she would call me back in an hour and tell me what time they open but never did. In the end I ended up spending over 200 on unnecessary services because my computer wasnt working right and now my internet is slow as well. Do not go to this company if you want your money wasted

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I called last night and the person who heard me was very unprofessional and seemed to not understand what I was saying. I had to ask for a live chat or even submit a request for a refund. I hope this is some how inspired you to take better care of your customers.
