I have never had such a terrible experience with any online company. The website is very difficult to navigate and the customer service is terrible. I was originally promised a free itta key and then I was told that I would need to pay for it in order to receive it. Then after paying for the key I received nothing in return. In fact my key actually just expired Overall this was an incredibly poor experience and I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I dont think Ive ever had such terrible customer service. I placed an order for something and then after a few weeks it never arrived. They would not only say they were sorry but also offered me a refund. Unfortunately that was the extent of their help.

1 Customer service is terrible. They always have time for nothing but the very common customer service issues that come up. They never seem to be able to find anything on their site that they may have forgotten about. And they will not help you if you are already familiar with the product or service2 I tend to stay away from company itta.com because of their great less than top-tier customer care and especially their one-time customer service issues. Overall I do not recommend this company when it comes down to their customer care issues.3 This company is a scam and they will take money off your purchase if you are negative feedbacks4 Other than some one-time customer service issues I have no other information about this company or the productservice itself.
