The website was easy to navigate and the information on the companies services was very clear but their customer service is one of the worst Ive ever experienced. First they kept saying they couldnt do anything because it wasnt their job then when I told them my tv had died and needed to be replaced they said well we can help you with that too Is there something wrong with these people
