Ivedix is a scam. The website looks like its legit but its not. Once you sign up they ask for your personal information such as your credit card number and shipping address. Once you provide this information they start billing you for products that you never received and even have the nerve to tell you that money back guarantees are available They also promise to give you free shipping on all orders over 50 but if you try to order anything over 50 and dont receive it within a certain amount of time theyll charge you again Do not use Ivedix.com

Ive had less than positive experiences with this company. First of all they are not professional in the least. The website is easy to use and look terrible but youre actually paying for their services. Secondly I got a virus and was scammed by them - they said my computer was infected and needed money to fix it it wasnt. Thirdly I ordered something that did not even come close to what it said it would - the product arrived completely different from what I ordered and there were even errors in the descriptions. Finally the customer service is terrible. They will not refund anything or help you out at all if you have a problem with your order or your computer. Avoid this company at all cost

ingI V E D I X This website is a supposed to be a store of iVEDiX but it instead seems to be a place where users post their terrible experiences with each other as well as with the company itself. Its almost as if these people were all trying to get together and cook up some kind of protest or attack on I V E D I X . Theres nothing good or helpful in this site - just complaints and Forrest Gump-esque interviews with employees about how they make life harder than it should. Avoid this site like the fucking plague.

Ive had two different companies do work for me and they were just as bad. Ive had to call customer service multiple times to get my money back and Im not the only person in this situation. We have a policy of never returning any other calls or emails from VEDIX.comThis company is just as bad as the others Ive had. Customer service is terrible and they always return my money - even if its just the once. Definitely dont recommend this company to anyone
