RecordingI have had a negative experience with company ivideo.com. I ordered a home recording package and was very excited to start using it. However after about 2 months of use the recorder stopped working. The company told me that it was because I had not used it enough and to soft reset the device. I did as they said and the recorder still wouldnt work so I called them back and asked for a refund. They refused because my order came before their holiday season which made them ineligible for a refund anyways. Needless to say this is an awful experience and will never do business with them again.

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life ivideo.com was so unhelpful and unyielding when I asked for help with my video problem. They just told me to go ahead and troubleshoot it on my own which is ridiculous because their website says that you cant do that After trying to get hold of someone at ivideo.com for hours and getting nowhere I gave up and went elsewhere. Save your time and money - this company is not worth your time or money

VideosI just wrote a bad user review for company ivideo.com. They are terrible everything from the website to the customer service. I have had problems with this company before so I know what theyre like and you dont want to be their customer either.2009-illary video quality is the worst ever2 hours of videos per day no end to these hours phone number not worked for long asked for money back now they say there is no money left and will not send more videos. Avoid this company at all cost.

TheaterI videocamera company ivideo.com and i have never been so disappointed in all of tv. There is no going back now that the product has failed. 2 years ago we took our time learning how to use videoencodings and then using software to create quality videos. We were dedicated to making this process easier for ourselves but now we are completely under the control of these companies. Im not sure what it is they want from me but I am willing to ElementsCAD because I dont want something that doesnt need it.
