Do not use Ivinex.com The customer service is terrible and the CRM is really bad. I have had to change my password multiple times because of repeatedly getting hacked and the company knows it too - they never tell you about these things until after its too late. Do not bother using this company

Ive never had such terrible customer service from a company before. Ivinex refused to help me with my account after I made an error in my password. Then when I Contacted them about it they wouldnt even apologize They said that it was their policy not to do anything because the mistake was mine and not theirs. So avoid this company if you can

Irinex is a terrible company. I used them for a while and I had good experiences but now Im having problems. The customer service is horrible. Theres no escalate to management problem solving instead of just giving me a solution that is same as the other people who have already tried it. Its like they dont know how to work with computers. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
