"I Am Writing This Specifically To Company"

I am writing this specifically to company ivorysoft.co in regards to their terrible customer service. I have been a customer of theirs for about 4 years now and have never had any issues. However today my phone stopped working and they said they would do something about it while I still had the phone. They next day sent out a different employee to take my phone off of me and then said enhancements on my phone I was so disappointed when the employee who took my phone away came back and took it back off me. Then they sent another employee to try and fix the enhancements but she just couldnt get it together and ended up breaking my phone which was the entire point of being an enhancement at all. Overall Im very disappointed with the customer service and would not recommend them to anyone.

I have had a bad experience with IvorySoft Mobile Web and Design Tech Services. The service was terrible and my phone would not turn on. I called them multiple times and they were very busy. After the first call I decided to just leave my phone in the mail place for a day or two so that it would start up again. But then it started slowing down and the phone wouldnt show any activity from the tech team. I called back and they were too busy with another customer and never received my phone. Im really disappointed in IvorySoft now for doing what they did not want to do with their customers computer.
