Ivy.ai is a complete mess Theyre not even close to being reliable. Ive had to fix several issues with them and they never seem to get it right the first time. Additionally their customer service is terrible. Ive had to call them more than once to figure out whats going on and every time I do theyre really unhelpful and dont seem interested in helping me. If you want a company that will make your home look amazing but wont actually help you with anything avoid Ivy.ai
