Iwsit is a terrible company. I got my home system from them and it was just awful. The techs were never able to fix the problems that I had with it and they would keep telling me to get a new one. Finally I scrapped my entire deal with them and went to another company.

The company Iwsit is in the business of Home Integritek.com. The website claims to provide a wide variety of products and services related to home security including cameras home security software and more. However I was very disappointed with their products and services. First their camera service is not particularly good. They do not offer a wide range of options or features for their cameras and they are quite expensive for what you get. Second their software is also not particularly good either. My experience was that it was difficult to use and wasnt very helpful. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had issue after issue with Integritek. Every time I have called they were nice enough to help me out. But now Ive had a problem with them for a few weeks and they wont help me out. Ive tried send the money back and get a credit line so that it would be serviced again but they really dont care about their customers.Im not sure what kind of business this is but it doesnt seem like theyre worth anything to them. If youre looking for a company that will listen to you and will do something to help you if you have a problem with them then I recommend them another way around to look.The user has no additional information provided which suggests the company is worth anything to them.
