Izi is a terrible company. They do not seem to understand the importance of customer service. My software installation was botched and I had to contact them numerous times to get it fixed. In addition they told me that my software would be installed automatically and that I did not need to worry about anything. However after months of being unhappy with their service I finally decided to cancel my subscription.
