Mortgage lendingI am very disappointed with company jacksonareafcu.com. After my account was opened I received many various offers to loans including terms that were much less than the options I were offerring. Once my account was open I received no communication from the team at jacs about how it was going to function. In fact I never received a contact information for the support line which is supposed to be their number one duty When I did get a hold of them they were gone and jacs had been taken over by someone else in the company. All that was left was a message telling me that I needed to update my information and that I would need to pay a 0 monthly fee which is just not true when you look at it. Overall I am not going toiams here because we think that jacksons should be able to solve as much of their issues as possible so that their customers are better off.

LoansI just signed a loan agreement with Jacks Air Control for 6500. I was very excited to do so as they are one of the most reputable lenders in the business. Unfortunately this only lasted until Friday morning and then abruptly stopped working. The connection continued to work fine during my stay at the credit union but when I called them back around 2 pm on Monday - almost two weeks after the issue started - there was no answer.The company JACKSON AREA FEDERAL CREDIT Union has bad user reviews for many reasons including not behaving like a human being or even trying to help members try to get their lives online. User Review 1Jacks Air Control is a terrible credit agency They were never interested in helping me before and now it seems like they dont care about their members either- anyone who wants something from them should leave while earlybird attitudes will always be wanted. Try another source if you need someone
