I have never had such terrible service from a company. Jackson River is in the business ofJackson River Fundraising Technology for Nonprofits and they could not even find my donation information which was on my profile. They told me that I needed to create a new profile because they did not exist when I registered with them. The entire process from beginning to end was frustrating and unprofessional. Do not recommend this company

I have never had any issues with this company but I am writing to say that their technology is terrible. Their website is incredibly slow and it takes forever for the donations to show up in your account. Additionally their donation platform is very confusing and difficult to use. Save yourself some time and money by using another fundraising platform

I just had the simplest worst experience with Jackson River. I was a part of a group that used their company to raise money for a charity and everything was going well until they started using their company to raising money for other organizations. They would do it in real time without our knowledge or consent and then once we told them what type of technology we were using they wouldbug us repeatedly asking for more money. It was exhausted me so I stopped working with Jackson River and built up my own group again. The whole process was extremely frustrating andyoudone should never involve in this type of process.

I just had the opportunity to an end user experience with Jackson River. They are a terrible company. I never received my subscription anniversary email so I was little surprised when I received a call from them today to tell me that my birthday was. jacksonriver.com is a great business but they need to be careful with their Price points and they should keep things simple for customers.
