I just got my order from Jacol Media and it was all wrong I was expecting a CD instead of a DVD. The product was correct and the service was great but the customer service was not good at all. They were very slow in getting my order to me and also didnt include many items that I wanted which is why my order ended up being smaller than what I expected. Overall Im not sure what the problem was but it wasnt the customer service.
