"I Bought A JAY Software License About"
Jay Software, Review Specifics:
I bought a JAY software license about 6 months ago and have had to contact customer service 5 times now. The first time was when I realized my computer was not working with the software and needed to be fixed. The second time was when I accidentally deleted some of my data and needed to reinstall the software. The third time was when my internet connection just went out and I needed to get help activating my new laptop. And finally the most recent time which is today after spending hours trying to reach someone on the phone I decided it wasnt worth it and cancelled my subscription. Definitely not worth your money.

I have never had such terrible customer service as I experienced with Jay Software. The first time I called they were so unhelpful and condescending that it made me very uncomfortable. And the second time I called the same thing happened- they were really unyielding and refused to listen to my requests for help. In the end I just gave up and stopped using their software altogether.

Do not use this company at all. They are terrible at what they do and it shows in the reviews. I have had to contact them multiple times because of issues with my account and they never seem to take care of it. Do not bother using their services.
