First and foremost they do not deliver what they promise - the first project they ever worked on was complete within days while the second one took weeks to finish. Secondly their consultants are very unprofessional and lack any experience inRuby on Rails development or consulting in general. Overall do not bother using this company - you will be much better off finding someone else to help you with your Ruby on Rails development needs.
