We were very disappointed with our experience with JFC Associates. We are in the business of managed care and thought their services would be much better. Our experience was terrible. We had to call them multiple times to get ahold of someone and they were always closed or busy. We never received any response to our emails either. Overall we did not have a great experience and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two different businesses with this company and I can say that this is the worst experience I have ever had. The first time it was because they would not let me change a singleUSD purchase. They were always slow to respond to emails and would not allow me to change a singleUSD purchase. After several phone calls and multiple attempts they finally changed their policy and allowed me to change the USD purchase method. But then again that is about it. The business is still bad.
