The first time I interacted with them they were very unprofessional and made me feel like I was a nuisance. The second time it was even worse - they completely ignored my messages and didnt seem to care about their clients. In the end I canceled my order because of this experience and will never use them again.

is a complete waste of your time and moneyI am extremely disappointed with JKlucent.com. I have used them for both my personal and business IT needs and have had nothing but trouble. Every time I contact them they are very slow to respond or dont seem to care about their clients satisfaction. In addition the prices for their services are incredibly high compared to other providers out there. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone - especially if you need reliable affordable IT solutions

They do not have any outside partners and rely purely on themselves to provide quality services.This company is terrible I would not recommend them to anyone The first time I worked with them it was way too difficult to get anything done and the support was terrible. Their customer service isnt worth it either - I would never use them again

The site is user friendly but could be better made with all images small enough to be read by just one or two eyes. Definitely try other sites before you find this website the size its about 27 per month.
