I have had to call them multiple times to ask for help with something and every time I end up having to wait forever for someone to answer their phone. Save your money and go somewhere else

ed WorkingsI am sure that many people have had a lot of fun working with JL Media. They are always up for a challenge and their work ethic is always shown. However I found them to be very low-quality in terms of their customer service. Ive had to call them multiple times because my phone was CHARGED IN THE MIDDLE OFNOVEK AND NO VENUE WAS SET UP I COULD HAVE MESSAGED TO THEM FROM OUTOFstate And now they wont let me pay my bill until I have sent an update on whats going on WITH MY VENUE This is a bad user review and should not be taken as a review of the company itself.

He never wears any clothes again after he changed his story about getting a blood transfusion. Media I just left JL Media and am extremely disappointed. The company is terrible and they dont do what they say. I was promised a free trial but never received one. Plus their customer service is terrible. They keep saying We dont do that until youve given up on hope. Overall Im sorry to have left but will be returning next month.
