I was this companys customer for many years. They have now gone out of business. I have had the pleasure of providing technical support for their services and they are not worth it anymore. Their customer service is cold and unhelpful. simpleryettech solutions should be really careful about trusting companies that dont work with their size market niche

I have just about given up with company jmstechnical Solutions. What is happening to my phone each and every day. I give them no other choice then to turn down their quality assurance claims which they always do if they dont meet our expectations. We have been going through the levels of service from customer support now even lower due to this one point loss -The users phone will start telling them that it has lost power- They will direct them to a website or number usually neither of those in order to learn more about the situation- They will say that there is nothing we can do until after the fact when they the product has died
