This company is terrible. I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. The representative said they would call me back and never did. They also told me that they dont do JCT Solutions and that I needed to get someone else to do it because the product wasnt good enough. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I am not impressed with this company at all. They do not seem to have much of a plan or strategy for what they are doing. The customer service is terrible and I have had to call several times just to get my questions answered. Overall I would not recommend them to anyone.

I just moved to Johnston County NC and I found this company because of its JCT Solutions software. I have used JCT Solutions twice now and all of my needs are met except for the one that I needed help with.--I didnt get any support from the people at Johnston County they would not tell me what to do--Johnston County is a horrible company They do not help anyone they are terrible and they are always late. I hope someone can come and fix this problem
