This Company is a Terrible Business practices are operations and customer service are not up to par and there have been times where I have had to call them because no matter how much I try it has not gone through. For example I called this morning and they were still trying to get me on the phone with no connection. They also give you the run-up that their software is the best in the business but after trying it for some time its just a copy of another program that they have been using for years. Worst part is they will not let you talk to your favorite customer service person unless they are available and always tells you that their product is the best in the business without even basic testing first Finally I was a long time customer of theirs and loved their products... but now my email address has been removed from their list of available customers. Ive also had to cancel orders they given me as error.quit The company johntech.

Johnston Technologies is a terrible company. I have had to many problems with them and they do not even care. 1 time they did not deliver what she said she would 1 time they charged me for something that I never received and 2 times they told me it was because of the way i book my courses. Overall I have had enough trouble with Johnston Technologies and Theyre definitely not worth the money you spend there.
