I have had the misfortune of dealing with Joinkumo.com in the business of Cloud Services IT Managed Services VoIP Solutions - Orange County CA. The initial experience was extremely poor. The customer service agent who I spoke to was unprofessional rude and very unhelpful. She refused to listen to my questions and instead tried to sell me additional services that I did not need. In addition her voice was high-pitched and shrill which made it difficult for me to understand her. Overall this experience was a complete disaster and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"I Have Just Received My"
Kumo, Review Specifics:
I have just received my first order from Joinkumo.com and was very disappointed. The service was slow the delivery was wrong and the customer service wasnt good at all. I got in touch with centralDK and they were able to get a new delivery date which was perfect but it still took quite some time to get my order. Overall I wasnt happy with the service and would not recommend this company to others.

I removed the from my computer and it came back like it had been deleted. I have remove all programs from the computer and they still are not gone it looks like someone made a mistake and removed it while you were working. Dont use this company if you dont want to be embarrassed

I was a little disappointed with the service that we received. The chatty host always had our attention and helped us out but then again most companies are not like Joinkumo. We were able to send down the order and received the product in about a week. However the customer service was never called into question it was just different for one day. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
