I am extremely disappointed with company journeyapps.com. I found their website to be very difficult to navigate and the application instructions were incredibly confusing. My final product was not as promised and I ended up having to go through a lot of trouble to get it working. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Company Journeyapps is a quick and easy way to create voice-controlled real-use apps. However many users are unhappy with the customer service.The customer service here is terrible I spoke with a very professional and polite support person but they could never get my pencil to work on touch screen devices. Completelyens me because I have to sign up for a new account each time it changes. Plus the price of the services they offer is also Horrible.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Its a very bad experience. I started working for company in overal October and so far Ive had one full month of work and Im still not able to create or post messages without getting angry.I even changed my password and still couldnt do anything without getting angry. Im about to have another look at my account now and if its not fix then Ill just start reporting him every howto possible.Im sorry for the terrible experience but this is what we are designed to do - make your life easier.
