I would not recommend this company to anyone. There were several problems with their customer service and how they handled my situation. First of all the representative from jscmgroup told me that because I did not have a valid SSL certificate I was not allowed to use their service. Secondly when I tried to access their website I got an error message which said that my computer was too old or something like that. Thirdly when I called them the person on the other end said that they could only do business with businesses with a certain level of security and couldnt help me because he didnt know what my problem was. Overall this company is terrible and I wouldnt even bother using them anymore.

I researched this company a little more before writing this review and I could not believe how much the quality of their services differed from what I was expecting. The website looks very professional but when you contact them they do not seem to care if they are being polite or not. They will just tell you that it is too late now and that you need to go ahead and take their course. Do not bother with these people

The entire process from signing up to taking your courses was incredibly difficult and slow as well as being very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I Just Picked Up A Bad Year anniversary offer And Now The Company Is Ruining My Life I just picked up a bad year anniversary offer and now the company is ruinin my life. some of the information in the offer was very outdated and some offers were completely different. For example an online course on how to patch a website was from 10 years ago also the information about their customer service e-mail list was wrong - it said they had customer service line items. They also had a course on how to be more secure online that was correct but the other information such as what type of security measures are required for your specific web hosting company was incorrect.
