1. Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and will give you the runaround to get what you want.2. I ordered a simple site that never got created and the customer service was awful. They said it would be easy to get a refund but I had to email them multiple times to finally receive an answer back. Give up on this company

The only thing that this site has going for it is the fact that its free but even thats a bit of a flimsy foundation. The user reviews on this site are all extremely negative and many people have already written off the company as a whole. It would be best to avoid jsimple.com if you can.
