security information technology support and more.I recently had the pleasure of working with jtcinc.net and their customer service is just terrible. I sent an email request for help last year and it has yet to be delivered. And now they are supposed to be a top-notch service Needless to say my exchange of experiences with customer service was not positive. So I called them up on the phone and they were nice enough to listen. Unfortunately the rest of my story is too Human Resources I thought might as well have been talking to an assloads of people who all have one anothers attention while theyre trying to make sense of a particularly confusing scenario. The companys ideals are always in place however the execution is simply bad. In addition to poor customer service the website itself also has a few issues as well. One of the people I was working with at my old company said that JTC Inc. is ourselves a bad company and she had seen them do things that were silly.So far I have been very happy with everything I have used from JTC Inc. Hawk H Reporting Alexandria CA Hematology Specialty Clinic providing health care research and development we offer custom programming for Microsoft Excel VBA Access and Bogarts Spreadsheet. We need someone who can provide information about services and services related to IT services including but not limited to data entry marketing customer service technical support.
