I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to cancel my jump subscription and was told that because I subscribed through the web site I would not be able to receive a refund. They also said that if I did not want the subscription then they would charge me for it regardless of whether or not I cancelled. This is simply ridiculous Do not subscribe to this company
