I was this companys customer service person for 3 years. I cannot say bad about them. They are the best customer service people that I have ever met. But I do say bad about their products because they are not the best. They have some good products and they also have some terrible products.

They also did not follow up with him after he sent them his feedback. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
