I am first and last before anything and whenever I have needed to use their site for something it has been were they always. They are also one of the few sites that they doesnt list as an alternate or remote support source. So be careful what you trust them too

I just wanted to share my experience with JustTech.com. I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and never had a problem. But lately Ive noticed that theyve been doing things a little too hard for me for their own good. So Imose they are going to be ceasing operations at the end of this month. Their quality assurance team is also gone so someone needs to take care of things and thats what concern me the most. They are advertising new products way too soon and not giving customers enough time to feedback before it happens. The only thing I like about JustTech.com is the ease of use with or without internet access - everything else is competition to my taste.Justtech has Zero stars out of 5 out of 10 because they have continued to do something that cares about their customers but instead of being effective it seems to me that their new product prominences are extravagant and data battles are becoming less
