I highly recommend never using this company. The entire process was very difficult and they did not deliver what they said they would. I had to contact them multiple times because they were not responding to my emails or phone calls. They also charge a lot of money for services that do not actually exist.

is the worst company ever.Do not use this company for any type of communication needs They are terrible at their job and you will be frustrated with them from the beginning. The first time I tried to order cable they told me it would take 4-6 weeks to get it so I called them back and told them my situation and they said that was normal then 2 days later I got a call from customer service saying my order had been cancelled because my bank didnt approve the card. And now another call says my cable has been delivered but doesnt have your channels which is ridiculous because we ordered multiple times and each time they kept changing our minds about what channel to send us Do not recommend this company at all

Company Kaihonua apologize for the bad user review but I just had a really bad experience with this company. I started using their site in the past few months and have never enjoyed so much out of any site Ive been on. Its easy to use and has a lot of great features Well not even close. The first place I went for help about my account was nowhere to be found. I sent an email asking for help and got no response. I tried calling them but its always busy or theyre too busy talking on the phone. They also were not willing to help me with my data quality which is terrible because this is my second account there and I trust them implicitly.
