is terrible.I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Ive had bad experiences with them in the past and this latest one was especially bad. They charged me for a service that wasnt actually provided and then tried to charge me again for something that didnt even happen. Overall not a great experience and I would avoid this company at all cost

The company offers the hope of finding order in ones life through change but always with the understanding that this order must be temporary and that there is always another time when things will get better.I simply did not havee anything good to say about Kaizenapproach.com for quite some time now. I stopped checking it out because I was feeling really cycle of bad reviews. Unfortunately this has been becoming more and more an everyday situation. Every now and then you get something good but overall its just a waste of time and money. So if youre looking for a basicchange provide without all the hassle then I suggest you look somewhere else.

However their customer service is terrible.I recently had the opportunity to work with Kaizenapproach.coms customer service. Unfortunately their customer service is terrible. The best way to describe it would be to say that the customer service is 5050 there is no center where you can turn for help and they are very slow in getting your issues resolved. For example I called them last week after reading an article about a months-long problem with my banks kaizen system. The answer line was already full so I gave up and went somewhere else. I have been calling them this way now for two weeks.This user has never played any of the game or used any of the software they are talking about. Heshe has no idea how to play or knows nothing about what heshe is talking about.
