1. Do not use this company if youre looking for a good home - Oak Rocket is terrible They are not even worth their name.2. The staff isnt very helpful either - there was one lady who said she didnt know how to do anything and another staffer who was completely clueless about the product. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

I have never had such terrible customer service from a company before. The woman who answer the phone was rude and unhelpful and when I asked for help with something specific she said well I cant help you because I dont know what that is. Then when I told her my problem she said fine then you should go to your bank and get a loan to fix it yourself which is pathetically irresponsible and quite frankly outrageous. Avoid this company at all costs

I just registered with bad data. I have been a customer of KaizentechPartners for about 2 years now and have never had anything but problems with it. The only time it was a positive experience was when I gave them a build project. They followed up with me every day to make sure I was happy with the project and never took less than 5 minutes to get back to me. But now that I am looking at my account there are only 7 days left of my subscription and they have already taken my money. I hope they dont succeed in your business because this is why you should not be publicating this negative review publicly.

Ive been using KaizentechPartners.com for a little over a year now and have never had such poor customer service. The website is alwayschools and users are always looking for ways to improve their businesses. They keep telling me to be careful with my money so this has really put a end to my trust in them.
