I have had the misfortune of working with Kaliotek.com for the past year or so and I must say that their services are complete garbage. They claim to provide quality IT support but in reality they only do a poor job at it. The most egregious example is the fact that they refuse to help me solve a stupid problem Ive been having with my computer for months - even though their team has been available 247. In addition they always seem to be running late and never come through with what they promise - which often leads to frustration and ruined projects. Do not bother using this company if you want your business to fail

1. Do not use this company if you want your computer to work properly They do not know what theyre doing and its been a total disaster from the beginning. My computer has just stopped working and Ive had to go through all of this trouble to get it fixed because the tech support team was useless. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
