1 star 2 stars 3 stars 4 stars 5 starsI absolutely did not enjoy my experience with Kalmer Solutions. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and the quality of the products they provide. There were a lot of problems with my computer that I had to address and it took forever for them to finally disgruntled me about it. Additionally their customer service was terrible. They would never answer any of my questions or help me out when I had a problem.

This company is terrible. I have had to change my password 3 times already and they keep telling me its because of my internet service provider. Also the customer service is absolutely horrible. They dont even care about their customers or what they are going through. Save your money and go somewhere else

I have had three different companies that I thought would be good for my IT services and not been so wrong. One company said they knew what they were doing the other two didnt. I was really disappointed in them and would not recommend them to others.Kalmersolutions is just that - a company of Kalmer Solutions employees who are not always reliable in areas such as IT services for the modern workforce. Every now and then they will get it right but most of the time they are just lucky enough to find their way into some kind of position where they can offer something thats useful and efficient. Despite all their good intentions this only leads to running into trouble - like the time they had when we started having problems with ourernot yet another year go by before we have to fix something The company has no idea what theyre doing when it comes to providing IT services for the modern workplace. I just had Kalmers Solutions take care of my computers failure to start up again. They were able to do it quickly and without pain. If I had any complaints they were more than happy to make them happen. This was a 250 worth of service that I appreciate greatly.
