I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Kalmservices.net. The first time I contacted them they told me that my home was being serviced and would be back in a few days. After numerous calls and emails I still hadnt heard anything back from them so I decided to give them another try. This time when I called their customer service agent said that she couldnt do anything because my home had been sold and she wasnt able to help me out. In the end this company is very unhelpful and does not seem to care about their customers.

I just learned of company Kalm Services last week and was date with the intention of using their service. Unfortunately I was met with unexpected problems. For 1 The first night my internet went out right after newsgroup posters came on to the site and I had to find an old post to search for information. 2 The next day they started showing up in search results as outdated and 1 year ago. 3 And 4 When I contacted customer service about these issues They were Without answer All four times I asked for help so quickly It seems like they may not be able to see the severity of the problems and need some serious work to get this business working well again.
