I have had a terrible experience with this company. First of all their customer service is terrible. I called them to ask about an order I placed and the woman on the phone was so rude that I hung up before she could answer my question. Then when I went back to the website to look at my order there was no way to see what it was because the site was down. Finally when I phoned them again they told me that because the site was down they couldnt process my order and would have to send it back. The whole thing has been a total scam from beginning to end. Do not bother dealing with these people

.I just got out of my first archival job because I was losing sleep over the possibility of another archival job coming up. After a few days I got a call from the owner of Karpa which is in South Florida Inc. They said that they need someone to come in and help them with a project theyre currently on and would this work for you Without giving too much away I say no and simply tell them to go to your website and sign up for a account. The next day I get an email from them asking if I want to be their new customer its now or never So I sign up for a account and start enjoying the benefits minus the sleep. The company has developed a great process where they keep all of your projects until you finish one or more and then you can decide if you want to continue working with them or not. Ive been with them for two years now and have

I just left Karpa of South Florida Inc. The most negative thing I saw was the lack of customer service. There were two things that I saw that I wanted to leave out because they were veryatural. 1 The website is Benson Haze and 2 The contact information is not from Karpa. They should have been more personable and made it easier for me to find them. Overall I would not recommend this business to anyone.

.I just got out of my first pay check and was so excited to get back into the business. I within a day had lost mycnisker australian pharmacy online payment card. It was easily explained to me how to get it back and how to fix it if it happened at all. The customer service was amazing and he the customer service person always helped me as much as he could. So overall Im very happy with my experience so far and would recommend them to anyone who wants quality service and good products.
