Do not use this company They are terrible at their jobs and do not seem to care about their clients. I had to go through a lot of trouble to get my practice management system working properly after the company said they would never be able to help me because they were too busy with other customers.

KASA Solutions is a terrible business management company. They are incredibly slow in providing information about what is going on with your solution and when they do provide information it is incredibly detailed yet incomplete. The customer service is terrible too- they are always slow to by email or call out the situation. Overall I would not recommend using this company for business management whatsoever.

They are basically just an average customer service company that makes money by providing management services to companies who use their products and services. However Company Kasa-solutions.com is worst in every way possible - from the general quality of the services they offer to theLymeRisks that have given you problems. Do not use this company ever again they are terrible at their own business instead of being good enough at providing support to their customers.

I have had the pleasure of working with Company Kasa-solutions.com for the last year and a half. They are an excellent organization when it comes to service and customer service. However there have been a few issues that have been faced during that time. One being that they are pet-friendly and two being that their hours of operation are 10am to 5pm. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
