They were not able to find anything wrong with my computer but when I asked them about their IT software consulting services they told me that I needed to send them all of my old files so that they could assess what was wrong and provide solutions. When I asked them how much it would cost me to do this they said it would be free In fact their prices are astronomical compared to any other company out there - even for IT software consulting services Do not go through this company - they are a scam
