I have hadKatTech Systems for about 4 years now and have always been satisfied with the results. They are constantly on the forefront of new technologies and technology which is why my customers stay with them. However I have never had any issues with the software or the hardware. I highly recommend KatTech Systems to anyone looking for a quality product at a reasonable price.

I have had two different companies that I used to deal with Kat Tech Systems. One was a lower quality system where I would give them feedback and they would improve my existing technology solution and the other company was much better but still needed some improvement. Its been about 8 months now and both companies are only half-way towards their full replacement program.KatTechSystems is not only the worst company but the most difficult one too. They keep saying theyre working on a new model when in fact theyve no idea what kind of model exists or how it would work. kattechsystems is simply unable to provide customer service as an effective mechanism for backwards compatibility - even though their website says you can do so Please stay away from this Company if you want to enjoy your technology needs being well taken care of by someone who knows what they are doing
