He also said that I would be able to save money on my IT purchase because they would provide me with a discount. In reality the representative was trying to scam me out of my money.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The IT services they provide are absolutely terrible and the customer service is even worse. I have had to contact them multiple times for things that were actually happening on my end rather than their end and they just dont seem to care. Also the site itself looks really old and outdated which makes it very difficult to find what youre looking for.
