I have never had such terrible service from a company. They did not return my call nor send me an email. I emailed them and asked for my money back and they said they would not process my refund because their software is proprietary and not subject to public review. Do not bother using this company

I have been using KCI Corps enterprise performance management software for the past two years and it has not been better. The software makes sense and is very easy to use.
