I sent them multiple emails asking for help with a problem that I had no idea existed and never received a response. Do not bother using this company

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I do not remember what the service offer was but it was great. However after about 6 months I stopped hearing from them. I would say that their customer service is really good if you have a question or problem but after that its not so good at all. The staff is nice and everything but the support system isnt so good. Maybe its just my phone but out customer service didnt seem to improve with time. myself Im sorry to hear that youve had trouble with our company. Home Simple Technology Solutions is an excellent business and we are committed to providing great customer service. We hope you can get help from our team today or in the future.

Unfortunately I found this to be the case only if I wish it to be. The first time I used this website I left it like so The second time you use company keepitsts.com you leave it like thisIm sure that there are better companies out there that will take care of me properly.
