I have never had such terrible customer service from a startup. They are always asking for too much information when they need it and then telling you that you cannot do anything about it because the company is new - which is not even close to being true. They also claimed that my order was broken and I needed to bring in my receipts to prove it. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Kelsus is a terrible company. I have never seen anyone more frequently yell at than Kelsus. He should be ashamed of himself and might as well not have bothered with life in the first place.The service is terrible too. Ive tried many services and times when I can Im getting warning emails about whether or not Im going to get my moneys worth out of Kelsus.I would not recommend using Kelsus if he anything else except to others who work with him because shemagh is way better.

kelsus.com is a terrible website. The only good thing about it is that it provides some of the best customer service in the business. Unfortunately the site has been through enough changes and updates in the past year that a lot of the old features and benefits are no longer available. For example you cant change your password anymore you have to type it in. also if youre still trying to get started with Kelsus you have to provide an invitation first before you can even sign up for a trial.
